Strengths

I would highly recommend that everyone read Marcus Buckinghams' book called "The Truth About You". And go to You Tube and find the 20 minute film. It's an amazing film to watch. This one is just a short clip of it.

The joy of nieces and nephews

I don't get enough pictures with my nieces and nephews! Even though this is just one of the 5 kids I just had to put up a quick blog to say how grateful Christian and I are for them. I get so excited anytime that I get to see any of them and they all already have the funniest personalities. Little Mya is so funny. Whenever she is naked she sits down and just tickles herself by lightly moving her fingers up and down her arms and belly. Then with Ben and Jonah it's obvious they have been around Matt and Jord too much. They are always making wise cracks and coming up with new words to say. Every once in a while I'm pretty sure they accidentally say bad words, but that makes it even funnier. The other day I asked Ben what grade he was in as I was picking him up for school. He told me he was in 3rd grade with a straight face and all. I believed him until later that day I was talking to my Mom about it. She said, "No way, he's not old enough to be in 3rd silly!" when I asked Ben what his deal was teasing me like that he just busted out laughing. Clever dude that one. Little Halle is always running around being a little girly girl and making a scream. Whenever I just get the chance to sit down and listen to her little stories it just makes my day. And last Luke. He is a hoot. He's always making the funniest faces at you. All and in all it's a blast to have these kids around and I love them all so much!

I just found this picture on my sisters blog and I couldn't resist. To me there is nothing better than having your whole family around on Christmas Eve. It was by far the best part of my Christmas. Here we all are in our new pjs.

New Years Day

On new years day we went and saw Yes Man, and then we went to the Pie with Braden and Heather. It was delightful.

CHrISTMaS

Tradition: Every Christmas my mom puts hundreds of hours into making sure we all have the best christmas ever. This year was amazing. The whole family was there, not a single person missing. And Mom, it was incredible as always. One of the best parts of Christmas is all the traditions. Our crab and lobster dinner is by far Christian's favorite tradition. It was delightful!

Christian ate just as much crab as everyone put together basically. Don't let his slim looks fool you!

These are my killer awesome shoes that I got for Christmas. I feel like I should know how to dance when I where them. Unlike all my nikes, these shoes don't help me jump higher, they help me dance better!

Just like last Christmas this Christmas was the best ever...again. I asked for a punching bag, and not only did I get a punching bag but I got an IRISH punching bag. Christian got the TaylorMade Burner Tour driver and a sweet new nixon watch he wanted.

Tradition: Even though we've been opening PJs on Christmas eve for as long as I can remember my Mom will still try to make us believe it's something else this time. But sure enough it is a new pair of PJs. This is one of my favorite traditions.

Tradition: Singing Christmas songs with my family.

Anyone who went to high school with Christian and I knows that I always dressed him. No Kel, not like that, but I always picked out his outfits. People would always tell him, "Hey, I love that shirt" or "killer shorts, where did you get them?" So from this little Christmas outfit I got him you can see what people in HS were raving about. My great taste!
