No Rain, No Rainbows
"You have to know that it's not your fault Michelle. You can't feel guilty for something you had no control over." But as I lean over your bed side and see hoses, chords, and IVs hooked up to your small body, and as I see you uncomfortable and in pain, struggling for life, I can't help but lean in close to you and whisper, "I am so sorry".

Oh this made me cry. You're an amazing mom for little Jaydia--just the one she needs. None of it's an accident, and she's a little fighter for a reason--and so are you. In a few months this will all be just a memory and you'll have a happy, smiley, little chunker right at home where she's always belonged. Love you. Keep being Jaydia's perfect Mama.
What beautiful words Michelle, so easy to confuse your love for little Jaydia with a feeling of responsibility for her pain. When really you are the only one who can help her the most through this battle.

I know the feeling, you can't help as their parent to feel like you want to take away that pain. But you are an amazing person and I know an amazing Mom. Your family will keep growing stronger through this. By the way she is BEAUTIFUL!
